Heating up competition in the e-commerce segment currently dominated by players like Amazon, Flipkart and Reliance Retail, Tata Digital, a Tata Sons subsidiary, on Thursday unveiled its much-anticipated “super app Tata Neu”, which it claims “seamlessly blends product commerce, service commerce and financial services into a consumer-first, future-ready and integrated experience”.
According to Pratik Pal, CEO, Tata Digital, the journey of Tata Neu has begun with a cumulative consumer base of 120 million users, 2,500 offline stores, along with an 80 million app footprint across the group’s digital assets.
